Andre Harris Sr., MD, MHA, FACHE
President
Dr. Harris is graduate of Indiana University and he received his doctorate of medicine from Wright State University SOM in 2002. He is a OB/GYN graduate of Miami Valley Hospital. He is currently the Chief Medical Officer for Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton OH
Rhea Rowser, MD
Vice President
Dr. Rowser is a graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1996. She completed her Family Practice residency in 1999. Along with providing superior care in the community for 20+ years she has been integral to the education of the next generations of physicians.
Erica Taylor, MD
Secretary
Dr. Taylor is a 2005 graduate of Boonshoft SOM (formerly Wright State Univ SOM). She completed an IM/Peds residency and has been providing care in the Miami Valley. In addition she has served as the Director of Minority affairs at the Boonshoft SOM.
Patrick Spencer, DO
Treasurer
Dr. Spencer is graduate of Northeast Missouri State University with a doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in . He became a fellow of the American Academy of Opthamology after completing residency at Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine / Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH.
